Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (contiguous U.S.).
  • Orders under $75 are charged a flat or carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout.
  • Estimated transit time is 3–8 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Larger items may ship freight with separate scheduling.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (rates and times vary). We do not currently ship internationally. Some oversized or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions noted on the product page.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@eplugkit.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund. See our Refund Policy for returns.
