Tesla Cybertruck Accessories: The First Upgrades Worth Adding
Share
The Tesla Cybertruck is a genuinely different vehicle — stainless body, a huge center screen, a powered tonneau, and an 800-volt-class architecture with NACS charging. That means its accessories are different too. If you just took delivery, here are the upgrades worth doing first.
1. Protect the surfaces you'll touch daily
The stainless panels resist a lot, but the high-traffic spots — door sills, the center screen, and the bed rails — benefit from protection. A tempered screen protector and door-sill film are cheap insurance against scratches and fingerprints.
2. Sort out charging and adapters
The Cybertruck uses Tesla's NACS port. If you ever need to use older J1772 Level 2 stations, keep the right adapter in the frunk. A portable Level 2 charger is also worth having for travel and guest charging. Browse the charging adapters and home chargers collections.
3. Make the bed actually usable
Bed mats, cargo dividers, and tie-down accessories turn the vault into a practical work surface and stop gear from sliding around. This is the upgrade most owners say they wish they'd bought on day one.
4. Interior organization
The flat floor and big console are great, but a few storage inserts, a trash bin, and a phone mount make daily use far smoother.
5. Keep an emergency kit on board
Every EV should carry a compact tire inflator, a jump pack for the 12V system, and a basic roadside kit. The Cybertruck's size makes it even more important to have recovery gear that's rated for the weight.
